Chemical Dose Pump

Water treatment dosing pump (also known as dosing pump, dosing pump, or chemical dosing pump) is a special pump used to precisely control and deliver water treatment agents, widely used in sewage treatment, industrial wastewater, industrial circulating water systems and other fields. Its core function is to accurately add chemical agents (such as flocculants, disinfectants, pH regulators, etc.) to the water body according to the preset flow rate and pressure, to ensure the treatment effect and avoid the waste of chemicals. Common dosing pump types are: motor drive (mechanical diaphragm pump), electromagnetic drive (electromagnetic diaphragm pump), pneumatic drive (pneumatic diaphragm pump). The material of the general contact agent parts should be corrosion-resistant (such as PVC, PVDF, stainless steel 316L). The internal seals are fluorine rubber. Flow regulation by manual knob or equipped with frequency conversion digital controller to achieve accurate flow control (accuracy up to ±1%). Some dose pumps are equipped with dampers, back pressure valves, safety valves to reduce pulse fluctuations and pipeline pressure to ensure stable pump dosing and longer pump life.

Design the packing reasonably, according to the size, characteristics and quantity of the products, when filling the carton with items, try to leave no gaps and ensure that the packing is tightly packed to reduce shaking and damage during transportation ‌
