PAM dosing system is an intelligent, fully automatic, continuous integrated flocculant blending and dosing device . PAM (polyacrylamide) dosing system forms liquid by adding dry powder and water to dissolve, which is suitable for dissolving and dosing all kinds of dry powder, particles, flocculants and concentrated liquid powder. The concentration of the solution prepared by the system is generally 0.1%-0.5%, which can precisely control the dosage of the agent, ensure the treatment effect and avoid waste . It is mainly composed of water supply system, dry powder dosing system, dissolving and curing system, control system and liquid dosing system .
Water supply system : responsible for PAM dosing device to provide the required water source, including inlet pipe, solenoid valve, flowmeter and other components, to ensure that the liquid level in the device is maintained at an appropriate level, and monitor and display the flow of water, to ensure that the concentration of the prepared liquid meets the requirements .
Dry powder dosing system : is responsible for conveying PAM dry powder to the device for dissolution, including hopper, screw propeller (or conveyor belt), premix and other components. The hopper is used to store the dry PAM powder, and the screw propeller (or conveyor belt) is responsible for transferring the dry powder from the hopper to the premix for initial mixing with clean water to form a wet material .
Dissolving and curing system : is responsible for further diluting and curing the wet PAM material to form a uniform concentration of solution. Includes preparation tank, curing tank, agitator and other components to ensure that the dilution and curing process of the flocculant is fully carried out .
Control system : PLC (programmable logic controller) is usually used as the core to realize automatic control. The system can monitor the water quality parameters in real time (such as pH value, turbidity, etc.), and automatically adjust the dosage according to the preset program, to achieve closed-loop control. At the same time, the control system also has the functions of remote monitoring and fault diagnosis to improve the reliability and maintainability of the device .
Liquid dosing system : is responsible for adding the prepared PAM liquid into the treatment system to ensure the uniform distribution of the liquid and improve the treatment effect . In summary, PAM dosing system is a kind of special equipment with high efficiency, precision and high degree of automation, which can meet the needs of chemical dosing in various industrial fields
