A, liquid storage tank : used to store the chemicals to be added to the system, such as acids, bases, disinfectants, oxidants and so on. The capacity of the liquid storage tank is designed according to the actual demand, and its material and sealing performance should be selected according to the characteristics of the stored chemicals to ensure the safety and stability of the storage process.
B, metering pump (dosing pump) : the core component, responsible for accurately extracting and conveying the drugs in the liquid storage tank according to the set proportion to the designated position. The selection of metering pump should be determined according to the nature and process requirements of the drugs to be transported, to ensure the accuracy and stability of dosing.
C, control system : including PLC controller, frequency converter, sensor and other components, used for real-time monitoring system parameters (such as pH value, electrical conductivity, etc.), and automatically adjust the dosing rate through the preset program to ensure the accuracy and stability of dosing process. The control system can also realize the functions of remote monitoring and fault diagnosis, so as to improve the reliability and maintenance of the device. In addition, depending on the specific application scenario, the chemical dosing system may also be equipped with protective devices (such as pressure gauges, pressure relief valves), filters, flowmeters and other auxiliary facilities to meet more complex working conditions.
