Polyethylene water quality monitoring buoy is widely used in rivers, lakes, reservoirs, coastal waters and other watersheds, can continuously and automatically monitor the water quality changes of the measured water body, and objectively record the water quality status. Polyethylene water quality monitoring buoy is mainly composed of buoy body, sensor group, power supply system and data acquisition and transmission system. The buoy body is usually orange or yellow with bright colors, which is easy to be identified and located in the vast water area. The sensor group is distributed around or under the buoy body, including pH sensor, dissolved oxygen sensor, chemical oxygen demand (COD) sensor, ammonia nitrogen sensor, turbidity sensor and heavy metal sensor, etc. These sensors are respectively responsible for monitoring the water pH, dissolved oxygen content, organic content, ammonia nitrogen content, turbidity and heavy metal content and other key indicators . And through 4G, 5G or satellite communication technology, the data is transmitted to the remote monitoring center, and the management personnel can know the water quality in real time .
