The operation process of the monitoring buoy includes the following steps:

Preparation:
Select a suitable measuring instrument: According to the size and accuracy requirements of the workpiece to be measured, select a suitable buoy-type pneumatic measuring instrument. Ensure that the measuring range and accuracy of the measuring instrument meet the measurement requirements.
Check the status of the measuring instrument: Before use, check whether the various components of the measuring instrument are intact, whether the air source is normal, and whether the buoy is flexible. Ensure that the measuring instrument is in good working condition.
Adjust the air source pressure: According to the requirements in the measuring instrument manual, adjust the air source pressure to the appropriate range. Generally speaking, the air source pressure should be maintained between 0.29MPa and 0.69MPa to ensure measurement accuracy.
Calibrate the measuring instrument: Use standard parts (such as standard holes or standard shafts) for calibration, and adjust the reading of the measuring instrument to make it consistent with the size of the standard parts.
Measurement steps:

Prepare the workpiece to be measured: Ensure that the surface of the workpiece to be measured is clean and free of dirt and oil stains. For aperture measurement, ensure that there are no burrs, foreign objects, and other factors that affect the measurement in the hole; for shaft diameter measurement, ensure that the shaft surface is smooth and undamaged.
Install the probe: According to the size and shape of the workpiece to be measured, select a suitable probe and install it on the measuring instrument. Make sure the probe is firmly installed and not loose.
Adjust the measuring position: Insert the probe into the measured hole or place it on the measured axis to ensure that the probe is in full contact with the measured surface. Adjust the measuring position so that the probe is in the middle of the measured surface to avoid measurement errors.
Observe the buoy reading: Start the air source, observe the position of the buoy on the scale, and record the measurement results.
