At the same time, the data of wind direction, wind speed, pressure and sea temperature near the typhoon center can be obtained in real time, which can provide important observation basis for forecasters to forecast the typhoon intensity and path . These buoys can also monitor a variety of parameters of the ocean and atmosphere, including wind field 2 meters offshore, air temperature, humidity, air pressure, sea surface temperature and multi-layer temperature, pressure and salinity within 100 meters underwater . The buoys will provide enough time for relevant departments to take countermeasures and serve as disaster early warning.
