Daily maintenance:
Cleaning work: Keep the working environment of the pump clean, regularly clean the debris and dust on the outside of the pump, and use a special detergent or clean water to wipe the surface of the pump.
Lubrication work: Regularly lubricate the seals and bearings, use high-temperature silicone for seals, and use high-temperature lubricating oil for bearings, and regularly check and replace according to the use.
Regular inspection and replacement:
Leakage inspection: Regularly check whether there is leakage at the connection port and sealing surface. If leakage is found, repair or replace the damaged parts in time.
Diaphragm replacement: Regularly replace the diaphragm. The general replacement time is 5000 hours or adjusted according to the working intensity and medium properties. Leakage inspection and trial operation are required when replacing.
Seal replacement: The service life of the seal is generally 5000 hours. If leakage or aging problems occur, it needs to be replaced in time.
Operation monitoring:
Operation inspection: During the operation of the pump, regular, fixed-point and fixed-line inspections are carried out, including whether the operation is stable, whether there is noise, friction overheating, abnormal vibration and leakage, etc. Parameter monitoring: Monitor whether the process parameters such as pressure, flow, temperature, current, and whether the lubrication system is normal. Use qualified engine oil: The oil pump uses No. 20 engine oil, the oil storage capacity must be above the oil window, the oil change period is six months, and it must be filtered every time it is refueled and changed.
